We’re happy to say that the Galaxy Theater, in Santa Ana, California, the scene of so many great live shows, has officially reopened for business. According to Junkman at KNAC.com who attended a grand reopening party and was impressed with what he saw.

Owner Gary Folgner (who also owns the Coach House concert club in San Juan Capistrano Ca.) has reaquired the place after being closed for over a year. Extensive renovations have been made and more to come. A complete re-working of the upstairs balcony comes complete with new booths, bar and more. All bathrooms have been completely redone as has the main bar. All new booths and tables downstairs as well as lots of new paint. The stage remains the same, although there are lots of new lights and new PA system. Looks like its going to be THE place in Orange County for live music once again, and we couldn’t be happier.
